BCP created a very convenient online tool for agencies and brands to strenghten their briefing skills and to provide the perfect pitch to all longlisted and the shortlisted production companies at the same time, in a structured way: from scoping to delivery. Without having to start from scratch each time.
The Briefing Tool includes general information on the involved parties; deliverables; optional photography requirements; a checklist with production elements; usage rights & buyouts; insurance; timing and budget indication.
You can work with a longlist before setting up a shortlist of maximum 3 production companies or you can opt for a Single Bid. Selected production companies will receive an email notification.
